How to obtain a prior year's return

Online

You must have a Revenue Online account. Log in to your Revenue Online account. Click on the Request return photocopies link under "More Options."

If you don't have an account, sign up for one.

By mail

Send us a check with $5.00 for each return requested and a letter including:

Your name
Address
Social security number
Signature
Tax year of return requested
Daytime phone number

Send your request and payment to:

We'll mail a copy of your tax return to you 10-14 days from the date we receive your request.

How to obtain a Oregon return transcript

Online

The fastest way to get your return transcripts is through Revenue Online. You must have a Revenue Online account.

Log in to your Revenue Online account. Click on the View More link inside the Personal Income Tax account panel. From there, select Generate a return transcript and select the specified tax period.

If you don't have an account, signing up for one is quick and easy.

If you are requesting a copy of either a Fiduciary (OR-41) or Estate Transfer (OR-706) return these requests must be submitted via email to [email protected] or fax the request to 503-945-8787. Please include your name, address, and phone number.
